Cozies That Give began with a simple philanthropic mission in 2016, which consisted of selling cup cozies to raise money for local homeless shelters. Bolstered by our initial success and loyal supporters, we began to realize what a difference we could truly make for disadvantaged individuals living a life of poverty in underserved communities. Named after that first cozy that started it all, Cozies That Give now partners with powerful, mission-based brands in support of talented artisans who seek to emerge from homelessness and poverty.
We feature exciting and interesting handmade items, such as candles, eclectic hoop art, and handcrafted shoulder bags that are both unique and chic. Our collection of hand-knit baby blankets and bonnets will keep your little one snug and warm on the coldest days, and our alpaca beanies are made with premium 100% alpaca wool for supreme warmth and softness. Each item is one-of-a-kind, with slight variations that show it was made with love and handmade quality. Our inventory frequently changes, as we consistently showcase the newest techniques and handcrafted products made by our talented women artisans, and many items are made in small batches and available for a limited time only.
Check our product page frequently for the latest products and designs, which make perfect gifts for family and friends!
At Cozies That Give, we are passionate about crafting beautiful and unique products that feature intricate designs blended with superior comfort, while also giving back to disadvantaged homeless communities. By partnering with other local organizations, we seek to provide a platform for talented artisans to showcase eco-friendly and sustainable products that are ethically made into stunning displays of handcrafted quality.
A portion of proceeds from our sales is donated to local homeless shelters, either in the form of monetary donations or personal hygiene items. As homelessness and poverty continues to disproportionately affect underserved communities, we want to bring hope and a gentle light into the darkness, ensuring a brighter future for children, families, and disadvantaged populations around the world.
MADE by DWC
Made By DWC offers women a holistic approach to skill development and employment, as they give homeless women the opportunity to earn income while also gaining on-the-job experience and artisanal skill enhancement. While women are employed by the organization, they are given the unique opportunity to attend skill development workshops that allow them to perfect their craft, and they also receive valuable employment support services. Using this innovative and empowering approach, the organization serves to provide disadvantaged women with the transferable skills and confidence needed to find stable employment as they work diligently to transition out of homelessness. Cozies That Give is proud to partner with this organization that provides essential opportunities for women seeking to better their lives through artisanal development.
Pins & Needles
This organization was founded to assist underprivileged women in developing highly valuable artisan skills that can be used to earn a living for themselves and their families. With support from this organization, disadvantaged women are taught to sew, embroider, and knit, and are offered guidance as they learn to develop these sustainable skills. When women are given the powerful opportunity to overcome barriers of destitution through personal enrichment, the sense of pride and ownership they feel allows them to move forward out of poverty and into a bright future ahead. Cozies That Give is proud to support the efforts of this organization and it is our honor to work together to showcase the skills of their artisans.
